Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Quobli, LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information through quobli.com, research.quobli.com (Quobli Research), Content Studio Web, Content Studio Desktop, and related services, including visits to public Research articles and the article directory.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, authentication details, preferences, and support communications.
• User content: uploaded media, captions, text datasets, CSV files, schedules, publishing instructions, and metadata; Research prompts, briefs, article drafts, published articles, selected author names, references, and attached media.
• Connected-platform data: account identifiers, authorization tokens, publishing status, and authorized analytics.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, logs, diagnostics, security events, and article-view counts. Public article requests pass through our hosting infrastructure even when the reader does not have a Quobli account.
• Transaction data: plan and payment status. Payment card details will be handled by the disclosed payment provider.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide accounts, host and publish content, operate schedules and queues, maintain connected accounts, deliver support, secure and improve the Service, process billing, and comply with law.

4. Social Platform Authorizations

When you connect a platform, we receive permissions and data authorized through that platform. Access tokens are used to perform requested functions. You may revoke access through Content Studio when available or through the platform’s settings.

5. Content Hosting and Desktop Data

Web content may be stored and processed by our providers so schedules can continue while your device is offline. Desktop projects, local models, cached media, and local credentials generally remain on your device unless you choose a feature that transmits them.

Public Research articles

Publishing a Research article makes its title, text, selected author name, source links, attached media, and displayed publication metadata publicly accessible. Published articles can appear in the Research directory, title-search results, previews, and rotating article features. Readers may share links, and search engines or other third parties may index, copy, or cache public material. Do not publish personal or confidential information you do not want to make public.

Saving an unpublished article does not add it to the public directory. Research briefs, internal workflow context, account credentials, and unpublished drafts are not displayed by the public directory. Material you include in the article itself or its attached media becomes public when you publish it.

Research and AI processing

When you request a hosted Research or AI task, the inputs needed to perform it may be sent to the configured providers, including Google or Cloudflare where selected. Those inputs may include prompts, search queries, background information, article text, and media. Cloudflare and Supabase also provide hosting, delivery, database, or account infrastructure used by the Service. Local tools and your own provider connections follow the settings and providers you configure.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with providers acting for us, platforms and integrations you direct us to use, during a corporate transaction, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information or user content.

7. Retention and Security

We retain information as reasonably needed for the Service, legal obligations, disputes, and security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Unpublishing a Research article removes its public availability and directory listing while keeping the saved article available through authorized account access. Deleting the stored article removes it from the public collection. An old public link then shows an unavailable notice. Copies previously saved, indexed, cached, or posted by other services are outside Quobli’s direct control. Unpublishing is not a request to erase every backup, operational record, or separately uploaded media file; those are subject to the applicable account controls and retention practices.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information and disconnect third-party accounts. Additional rights may apply based on your location. See also our Data Deletion page.

9. Cookies, Article Views, and Advertising

Account and security features may use cookies or similar technologies needed to provide the Service. Research pages can record article-view counts and process technical request information for delivery, reliability, and security. The directory’s automatic article rotation does not require an account and does not itself set an advertising cookie.

Where enabled, individual public Research articles may display advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and participating advertising providers can use cookies, similar identifiers, web beacons, IP addresses, and browser or device information to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. When personalized advertising is enabled and applicable choices permit it, Google and its partners may tailor ads using visits to Quobli and other websites or apps.

You can manage Google’s personalized-ad settings at My Ad Center. For information about Google’s processing on partner sites, visit Google’s partner-sites privacy information. Participating third-party advertising choices are also available through YourAdChoices. These controls apply to the participating providers and do not remove all advertising.

Your browser may offer cookie blocking or deletion controls. Where a consent or privacy-choice message is presented, use its controls to make or change the choices it supports. Applicable consent requirements and regional privacy rights remain in effect. Contact privacy@quobli.com for questions about data handling or available rights. The ads and providers active on a page depend on the enabled advertising configuration and applicable consent choices.

10. Age Requirement

The Service is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. International Processing

Your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

12. Third-Party Services

Third-party platforms maintain their own privacy practices. Quobli is not responsible for how they process information after you direct us to share it or use their services.
