1. Agreement and Service
These Terms govern your access to quobli.com, Content Studio Web, Content Studio Desktop, and related services offered by Quobli, LLC (“Quobli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The Service is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all account activity.
3. Your Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Quobli a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, format, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and publish it.
4. Connected Accounts and Publishing
You may authorize Content Studio to access third-party accounts and publish on your behalf. You are responsible for the selected accounts, content, audience, and schedule. Platform reviews, limits, outages, moderation, API changes, or expired authorization may affect publication.
5. Third-Party Services; No Affiliation
Content Studio may connect with Meta platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads; TikTok; YouTube and Google; Pinterest; Bluesky; X; LinkedIn; Apple; Microsoft; ComfyUI; Ollama; Qwen; FFmpeg; ElevenLabs; Azure; Amazon Polly; and other providers. Quobli and Content Studio are independent products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by these third parties unless expressly stated. Their names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware or spam, evade safeguards, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, impersonate others, or publish content you do not have the right to use.
7. Desktop Software and Local Integrations
Desktop features may operate on your hardware and connect to software, models, servers, APIs, or credentials you configure. You are responsible for those systems, their security, licensing, costs, outputs, and compatibility.
8. Fees, Renewals, Cancellation, and Included Usage
Pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, refunds, and included usage are disclosed below. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Purchased Quobli Credits never expire. Failed deliveries consume neither allowance nor credits.
Web plans
Free, Creator, Base, and Pro are billed monthly. Daily caps are workspace totals across enabled accounts. Monthly delivery allowances on Creator, Base, and Pro are used first; after that, each successful overflow delivery uses 10 Quobli Credits. X posts always use credits. Free cannot purchase Quobli Credits, so X posting is not available on Free.

All four Web plans include Calendar, New Post, and Queue Manager. Creator, Base, and Pro also include Analytics, Bulk Schedule, CSV Import, and System Log. Post Replies is included on Base and Pro only. Included Quobli Credits refresh after successful billing. Base and Pro have the same app visibility. One post sent to four destinations counts as four deliveries.
Provider posting caps
Platform providers also enforce their own per-account limits in a rolling 24-hour window. These sit on top of your plan’s daily cap and cannot be raised by Quobli Credits:

Storage add-ons
Paid Web plans can add recurring media storage, billed monthly with the subscription. Add-ons can be stacked. Plan storage is used first.

Desktop
Desktop Base is $199 per month and uses your own social APIs, with posting volume limited only by those APIs. Desktop Pro is $249 per month and uses Quobli’s production APIs with the same posting limits as Web Pro (32 accounts, 200 scheduled posts per day, 4,000 monthly deliveries, 500 included Quobli Credits). No free Desktop tier. A Quobli account is required for license validation.
Content Studio Web is launching by November 2026. Content Studio Desktop launches November 2026.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, excluding user content and third-party materials, is owned by Quobli and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
10. Availability, Changes, and Termination
Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We may suspend access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or misuse.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publication, platform approval, content performance, or third-party compatibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quobli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Quobli against claims arising from your content, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party’s rights.
