Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to quobli.com, Content Studio Web, Content Studio Desktop, and related services provided by Quobli, LLC ("Quobli," "we," "us," or "our"), collectively the "Service." By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business or another organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The Service provides content creation, AI-assisted workflows, media management, scheduling, publishing, and related tools. Availability depends on your plan, account status, application, connected platforms, and configured integrations. A feature available in Desktop is not necessarily available in Web, and vice versa.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal information. These Terms do not replace that policy or any rights you have under applicable privacy law.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity you authorize through your account. Notify support@quobli.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share individual login credentials or use another person's account without authorization. Where available, use workspace invitations and assigned permissions to provide access to other users.

3. Your Content and Permissions

You retain your rights in the text, datasets, prompts, images, audio, video, account information, and other materials you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Quobli a non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, convert, format, transmit, and display Your Content to provide the features you request, maintain the Service, address support and security issues, and comply with law. We may authorize our service providers to perform those activities on our behalf.

This license permits delivery to the platforms, AI providers, hosting services, and other destinations used by your selected workflow. It does not grant Quobli ownership of Your Content or permission to use it in advertising unrelated to providing the Service without your separate permission.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for Your Content and its intended use, including permissions relating to copyright, music, trademarks, personal data, voices, and likenesses. Connecting an account, purchasing a subscription, or generating content does not provide rights to third-party materials.

The license ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems, except for copies retained as permitted by our Privacy Policy, applicable law, or necessary backup and security procedures. Content already sent to a third-party platform remains subject to that platform's controls and policies.

4. AI Features and Generated Content

Eligible plans may use AI for writing, rewriting, research, reply drafts, image and video generation, and text-to-speech. Quobli-hosted AI features use Quobli Credits as described in Section 8. Cloud AI access is not unlimited generation and does not include a separate AI credit balance.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, repetitive, inappropriate, or similar to output produced for other users. Research results, citations, and summaries may contain errors or omit context. Review facts, source links, rights, tone, audience, and platform requirements before using or publishing output. AI output is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

As between you and Quobli, Quobli does not claim ownership of generated output to the extent you may lawfully hold rights in it. We do not guarantee that output is unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free of third-party rights. Applicable provider terms and licenses still apply.

When you choose a hosted AI feature, the inputs and context required for that task may be processed by the configured provider. Local integrations and your own API connections may also send information to the servers or providers you configure. Do not submit information you are not authorized to disclose. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy and the applicable provider's terms.

Providers may reject requests, apply safety filters, impose limits, or change model behavior and availability. You may not use the Service to bypass those restrictions. You are responsible for required disclosures concerning AI-generated media, commercial content, paid partnerships, and synthetic or altered voices and likenesses.

5. Connected Accounts and Publishing

By connecting an account and requesting an action, you authorize Quobli to perform that action using the permissions you grant. Actions may include retrieving supported account data, preparing or publishing posts, refreshing analytics or Inbox data, and sending replies that you approve or otherwise authorize through a configured workflow.

You are responsible for the destination accounts, content, captions, media, audience, interaction settings, disclosures, approvals, and scheduling time zone you select. Review batch and automated workflow settings before starting them. A saved schedule authorizes the associated actions without requiring you to click Publish again at delivery time.

Publication is subject to provider authorization, account eligibility, media and text limits, rate limits, moderation, API availability, and other requirements. A scheduled time is a target, not a guarantee. Uploading, processing, retries, queues, outages, or provider review may delay or prevent publication. Check delivery results; a request accepted for processing is not necessarily a live public post.

You can revoke a connection through the available Service controls or the provider's account settings. Revocation does not remove content already published and may cause pending jobs to fail. Cancel unwanted schedules separately. Removing a Quobli calendar or library item does not itself delete an external post unless you select a supported platform-deletion action.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, Bluesky, X, LinkedIn, Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, and other providers. Desktop may also work with locally configured tools and providers such as ComfyUI, Ollama, Qwen, FFmpeg, operating-system voices, and external speech services. Availability depends on the application and configuration; this list is not a promise that every provider or feature is supported.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, licenses, and charges. Quobli does not control them and cannot guarantee continuing access, approval, compatibility, or availability. Provider names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Quobli and Content Studio are independent products and are not endorsed by or affiliated with those providers unless expressly stated.

Content Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Quobli's access to Google account data through your Google account permissions, in addition to any disconnection controls available in Quobli.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malware or unlawful spam; obtain unauthorized access; steal credentials; deceptively impersonate others; engage in fraud; exploit or sexually abuse minors; publish nonconsensual intimate content; or threaten or unlawfully harass others.

You may not interfere with the Service, bypass access controls or provider safeguards, manipulate credit accounting, evade plan or account limits, or use multiple accounts or repeated activations to circumvent restrictions. You must comply with the rules of connected platforms and the licenses for tools, models, media, and software you use.

8. Plans and Included Usage

Prices below are in U.S. dollars, excluding applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly unless an accepted offer expressly provides another interval. The Free plan has no subscription charge.

Web plans

All four Web plans include Calendar, New Post, Queue Manager, and Media Library. AI Studio is included on Creator, Base, Pro, and Desktop Pro. Creator, Base, and Pro also include Analytics, Bulk Schedule, CSV Import, and System Log. Inbox is included on Base and Pro. Client workspaces and approval features are included on Pro, not Creator or Base. Free does not include AI Studio or credit-pack purchases.

Counting deliveries. One post sent to four destination accounts counts as four deliveries. The daily limits above apply to Quobli API destination deliveries under the responsible account owner's plan, not separately to each social account. Adding client workspaces does not create additional subscription allowances. Provider limits also apply. Daily scheduling capacity, monthly publishing allowances, and Quobli Credits are separate controls; buying credits does not increase daily capacity or provider limits.

Publishing charges. Included monthly deliveries are used first, including for X publishing on the listed Web plans. After an eligible paid plan uses its included monthly allowance, each additional successful destination delivery costs 10 Quobli Credits. Free cannot buy credits to extend its allowance. A failed destination delivery does not result in a final publishing charge or successful-delivery allowance deduction. Reservations may temporarily reduce available balances or capacity while work is pending, and scheduled or attempted work may count toward scheduling and rate-limit checks.

One Quobli credit balance. Included and purchased Quobli Credits contribute to one spendable balance. Quobli-hosted writing, AI Studio, research, images, video, Google text-to-speech, and chargeable publishing all use that balance. There is no separate monthly AI allowance. Monthly included credits are 0 on Free, 1,000 on Creator, 2,000 on Base, 5,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Desktop Pro, and 1,000 on Founder. Administrator accounts are exempt from Quobli Credit charges.

Included credits refresh under the plan's applicable billing and allowance cycle after successful payment where required. Purchased credits do not expire. Included credits are a periodic plan benefit, not an additional purchase of permanent credits. Included credits are used before purchased credits. Your Billing and usage displays identify the applicable allowance and balance.

AI charges and failures. AI costs depend on the task, model, resolution, duration, or amount of text. The applicable rate or estimate is displayed in the Service. One workflow can perform several separately chargeable tasks, such as research, caption writing, image generation, video generation, and narration. Authorizing a batch or automated workflow authorizes those tasks under its selected settings and displayed rates.

A completed AI task may remain chargeable even if a later task or publishing step fails, or if you choose not to use the output. Failed or canceled AI tasks release or refund their credit reservations under the task's final status; completed tasks in the same workflow keep their charges. A deliberate fresh generation is a new task. Review the job history and contact support if a reservation remains unresolved or a charge appears incorrect.

Currently, sending a reply to X costs 10 Quobli Credits. Generating its AI draft, if requested, adds 1 credit. Publishing inside an included monthly delivery allowance costs 0 credits, except a Founder delivery to X, which costs 10. Each successful overflow delivery costs 10 credits per destination. Purchased credits are service credits, not a bank balance or investment, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Current credit schedule

The following prices are the current Quobli credit schedule as of September 29, 2026. Model prices and availability are subject to change. Video generation is expensive. Quobli tries to pass hosted AI generation through at cost, plus delivery and applicable taxes. The Service shows the quote before a hosted task runs, and that quote is the price for that task.

LLM writing and AI Studio. LLM writing on Llama 3.1 8B or Gemini 3.6 Flash is 1 credit per task. An AI Studio caption is 1 credit, including a caption paired with your existing image or video. A caption paired with a generated image or video is 1 credit plus the media price. Writing covers captions, rewrites, tone and platform variations, hashtags, ideas, alt text, chat, and Inbox reply drafts. Each additional writing task is 1 credit. A variations task is charged once, not once per returned variation.

Research and hosted articles. A Google web-research search is 5 credits per search task. Quobli article writing is 5 credits per article. Each social-post version is 5 credits. Public article hosting is 50 credits once per article. Automatic text fitting is 0. Editing or republishing an already hosted article adds no hosting fee. Fresh AI work still has its task cost. Optional media and chargeable deliveries are additional. Article files use the cloud storage allowance.

Images, per generated image. A dash means that size is not available.

Video. Google models, native audio, 16:9 or 9:16. Gemini Omni Flash is a fixed 10-second clip at 150 / 240 / 360 credits for 720p / 1080p / 4K. Veo 3.1 is 50 / 50 / 75 credits per second. Veo 3.1 Fast is 13 / 15 / 38 credits per second. Veo 3.1 Lite is 7 / 10 credits per second and has no 4K. Veo durations are 4, 6, or 8 seconds at 720p. 1080p and 4K require 8 seconds. Multiply the listed per-second rate by the duration. An 8-second Veo Fast clip is 104 / 120 / 304 credits at 720p / 1080p / 4K.

Narration. Quobli TTS on Google is 5 credits per started 1,000 characters of spoken text, including intro and outro. Each task supports up to 6,000 characters, which is 5 to 30 credits.

No Quobli generation charge. Using your existing image or video, local ComfyUI or a local language model, your own provider API connection, a cached AI result, or local layout, rendering, and export does not spend Quobli Credits for that generation. Your provider may still bill you. Local research writing has no Quobli writing charge. Quobli web search and public hosting still have the costs above.

Examples under the current schedule: a caption plus a Nano Banana 2 image at 2K is 16 credits. A caption plus a 10-second Omni clip at 720p is 151 credits. One research search, one article, eight social versions, and public hosting is 100 credits when you supply the media. That same research run plus a Nano Banana 2 image at 1K is 110 credits, or 250 credits if the added media is Omni at 720p instead.

Quobli Credit packs

Credit packs are separate one-time purchases. Buying a pack does not change your subscription plan or create a separate AI allowance. Using credits requires access to the applicable paid feature. A nonexpiring purchased balance does not itself grant continuing paid-plan access.

Active accounts and account enables

The account limits above restrict active Quobli API accounts. Additional saved connections may remain disabled. Each successful activation uses one account enable; deactivation does not. The monthly enable allowances are 5 for Free, 12 for Creator, 32 for Base, and 64 for Pro. These are activation allowances, separate from the number of accounts that may remain active.

If you reach your activation allowance, contact support@quobli.com for review. An adjustment is not guaranteed. Disabling and re-enabling accounts does not create additional posting or credit allowances.

Quobli publishing safeguards

Quobli currently applies the following per-account safeguards to Quobli API deliveries in a rolling 24-hour window:

These are Quobli safeguards, not representations of each provider's official limits or guaranteed publishing capacity. Providers may impose different or lower limits, temporary restrictions, or account-specific requirements. Credits do not override either Quobli safeguards or provider restrictions.

Storage and add-ons

Paid Web plans can purchase recurring storage add-ons. Add-ons can be stacked and are billed separately from the plan at the interval and renewal date shown at checkout or in Billing.

Storage allowances cover files stored in Quobli Cloud. Current limits include 2,500 files per media group and 5 GB per cloud upload. A destination may accept a smaller file or require a different format. Retained AI outputs and rendered files uploaded to Quobli Cloud consume storage. Keeping a file only on your own computer or configured private storage does not consume Quobli Cloud storage.

If you exceed your allowance, new uploads or generation that requires additional cloud storage may be blocked until you free space or increase capacity. Canceling an add-on or downgrading can reduce available storage. Maintain your own copies and review the consequences shown before changing or deleting your account.

Desktop Pro and special access

Desktop Pro costs $249 per month. It includes access to the supported Windows and macOS Desktop applications and, for Quobli API usage, up to 32 active accounts, 200 destination deliveries per day, 4,000 included monthly deliveries, 64 monthly account enables, 5,000 monthly Quobli Credits, and 1 TB of included Quobli Cloud storage. It has no separate monthly AI credit allowance.

Desktop sign-in is limited to active Desktop Pro or Founder accounts and authorized Administrator accounts. There is no Desktop Base or free Desktop tier. Founder access is a separately granted account status, not an additional public subscription offer. Founder includes 1,000 Quobli Credits that reset on the monthly signup anniversary, has no subscription payment, and can buy credit packs. Founder deliveries to X use 10 Quobli Credits each. Administrator accounts are exempt from Quobli Credit charges and are not a purchasable plan.

Customer-configured local generation and customer-owned API connections do not incur Quobli generation charges solely for using those connections. Their providers may charge you directly, and their limits and licenses remain applicable. Quobli-hosted work selected within the same workflow still uses Quobli Credits.

9. Billing and Cancellation

Automatic renewal. A paid plan or recurring storage add-on renews at its disclosed interval until canceled. By completing the purchase and providing the required billing consent, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout, including applicable taxes. Credit packs are charged separately when purchased. Your payment processor or Billing page shows the next renewal date and current subscription status.

Cancellation. You may cancel automatic renewal through Billing and the linked subscription-management controls. If those controls are unavailable or you cannot access your account, contact support@quobli.com for assistance. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period shown in Billing, unless an immediate cancellation or a different effective date is expressly disclosed or required by law. Confirm the status of each recurring plan and add-on you intend to cancel. Uninstalling Desktop, disconnecting a social account, or stopping use does not itself cancel a subscription.

No refunds. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription payments, storage add-on payments, and Quobli Credit-pack purchases are nonrefundable. We do not provide cash refunds for unused subscription time, partial billing periods, unused purchased credits, cancellation, or a decision not to use the Service. The Free Web plan is available to evaluate its included features before purchasing a paid plan; it does not include a Desktop trial.

Plan-change credits. Any eligible prorated credit for unused subscription time is applied only toward a new paid plan tier, as shown when you confirm the change. It is not paid out in cash and is not issued upon cancellation or a move to Free. This is a subscription billing adjustment, not an addition to your Quobli Credit balance. The adjustment, any amount due, and the effective date are shown before you confirm a tier change.

Releasing a pending reservation or returning Quobli Credits for a failed or canceled AI task is a usage correction under Section 8, not a cash refund. Successfully completed AI tasks remain chargeable even if you do not use their output or a later publishing step fails.

Contact support@quobli.com if you believe a charge is incorrect. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, payment-dispute, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes and failed payments. Charges and the effective date of a plan change are disclosed before confirmation. We will provide notice of material recurring price changes and obtain additional consent where required by law. Paid features may be restricted if payment fails or the subscription is no longer eligible. We do not promise that queued work will complete after access expires.

10. Desktop Software and Local Workflows

Subject to these Terms and your eligibility, Quobli grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use supported Desktop releases for your authorized use of the Service. This is a software license, not a sale of Quobli's intellectual property. Separate open-source licenses control the components to which they apply.

Desktop may use your hardware, local models, servers, storage, credentials, or third-party APIs. You are responsible for their security, licensing, availability, costs, compatibility, and backups. Local datasets and media remain local unless a selected workflow transmits them, including to a configured server, hosted AI provider, private storage service, Quobli Cloud, or social platform.

Cloud-owned schedules can continue while Desktop is closed after the media and schedule have been accepted by Quobli Cloud. Desktop-owned jobs require the application, device, network, and necessary local services to remain available. Sleep mode, shutdown, lost connectivity, expired authorization, or insufficient resources may prevent or delay them. Confirm schedule ownership before closing the app.

Desktop may require account sign-in, license validation, network access, and supported updates. Authenticated download links may be specific to your account and expire. Do not share download tokens or use them to grant access to an unlicensed person. You can request a replacement download link from support, subject to eligibility.

Local rendering, text effects, emoji matching, and repeating a completed render do not independently create an AI charge. Selecting fresh Quobli-hosted generation does. Dataset imports and rendering are subject to application limits; Desktop currently limits dataset imports to 150,000 data rows per file.

11. Workspaces and Client Approvals

Where included in your plan, you may invite authorized users and clients to supported workspaces. The responsible account owner controls invitations and permissions and is responsible for obtaining permission to handle client accounts and content. Your plan's shared limits and credits apply to work performed under that owner's account.

Review and approval controls help manage workflows but do not replace your responsibility to verify rights, accuracy, audience, and authorization. Grant access carefully, remove access when no longer needed, and check whether an item requires approval before scheduling or changing it.

12. Storage and Deletion

The Service is not a substitute for your own backup or archival system. Keep copies of important content, datasets, settings, exports, and records. Operational logs, publishing history, cached provider information, and cloud files may have different retention periods. Retention and deletion of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy and applicable feature notices.

Deleting a local file does not delete previously uploaded copies. Deleting a cloud item does not remove copies held by social platforms or other recipients. We may retain limited information where necessary for legal obligations, security, billing, dispute resolution, or backups, as described in our Privacy Policy and permitted by law.

13. Intellectual Property

Quobli owns the Service and its original software, interface, branding, and documentation, excluding Your Content, generated output addressed above, and third-party materials. Except for rights expressly granted by these Terms or applicable open-source licenses, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.

You may not resell access to the Service, distribute modified Quobli software as an official release, or remove proprietary notices without permission. Restrictions in these Terms do not override rights that applicable law or an open-source license expressly provides.

14. Availability and Termination

We may maintain, update, or modify the Service, including changes required by security issues, provider changes, or legal requirements. Features identified as previews or beta features may change substantially. Announced release dates are estimates unless a specific purchase agreement states otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or provider requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the action and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Contact support@quobli.com if you believe an action was mistaken.

If we discontinue a material paid service, we will provide notice where practical and address prepaid fees and unused purchased credits under applicable law and the refund terms associated with the purchase. Suspension or termination does not eliminate nonwaivable consumer rights or automatically convert an unused credit balance into cash.

15. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful or precisely timed publication, platform approval, AI accuracy, content performance, revenue, or continuing third-party compatibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quobli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Service. This exclusion does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or willful misconduct where applicable law prohibits its exclusion. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer warranty, remedy, or other right.

16. Third-Party Claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Quobli against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs to the extent caused by Your Content infringing another person's rights, your unlawful use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to claims to the extent caused by Quobli's own misconduct or breach.

Quobli will give you reasonable notice of a covered claim and a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense. No settlement may impose an admission, payment, or other obligation on you or Quobli without the affected party's consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Applicable consumer protections remain controlling.

17. Changes and Contact

We may revise these Terms and will update the date above. We will provide additional notice of material changes and request renewed agreement where required by law. Changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date and will not retroactively remove accrued payment or consumer rights. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the Service and cancel future renewals, subject to any rights that applicable law provides.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of later enforcement.
